30 Day Limit

Our 100% Money Back Guarantee on Digital Downloads lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

However, we would be more than happy to issue a full refund of your purchase within 30 days.

Requesting a Refund

In order for us to provide a full refund, you will need to provide the 4-digit Payment Number (e.g. 2173) found on your Purchase Confirmation.

All refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days from the time of your request. You will receive a confirmation email from BlossomWriter confirming receipt of your request as well as an email from our payment gateway, PayPal, confirming a refund was issued. Please note these emails may arrive at separate times due to processing.

Access to Digital Downloads

Once a refund has been issued, the link to your digital download will be disabled and you will no longer have access to download the file. You will still have access to files you have already downloaded and saved to your device(s).
